Friends of Govan Old and Govan’s Hidden Histories invite you to an evening exploring Scotland’s – and Govan’s – claim to history’s most famous wizard!

Saturday 19th November, 6.30pm – 8.30 pm,Govan Old Church, 866 Govan Rd, Glasgow G51 3UU

Based in Govan Old Church, home to the unique Govan Stones, this free event will transport you to a time when Govan was the heart of the ancient Kingdom of Strathclyde. The evening presents a talk by notable author, independent researcher, and Dark Age historian Tim Clarkson, and the launch of his new book: ‘Scotland’s Merlin; A Medieval Legend and its Dark Age Origins’.
