Why I’m Excited For Rogue One

The Literature Effect

Rogue One is the second official movie in the Star Wars franchise since it was devoured by Disney. It’s also the first Star Wars movie that isn’t really a part of the central story. That’s important for several reasons, but there are two that interest me specifically. The first is that we can finally get a story where the writers are let off their leashes . The second is that, now, we can get a chance to see an unrestricted version of a female lead. Here’s what I mean.
