A Documentary Look at Post Roman Britain

“A murky historical no-man’s land”

This is what this documentary says about the period that I’ve chosen to place my persona in Britain. Well – never let it be said that I like to do things the easy way. This video offers a very nice overview of what happened when the romans pulled out of Britain, including a look at Tintagel and the pottery that was found I was using as some of the justification for my persona story. The documentary says “There’s more going on here than beach parties to exchanging tin for wine.” I couldn’t agree more.

Note to self – read Gildas
