My Alignment Versus Dari’s Alignment

I play characters whatever way I wish, although we rarely use “alignment.”

And although I think alignment a sort of silly way to either gauge or control behavior, I do know what my Real Life Alignment most closely corresponds to: Neutral Good.

By the way I also took that test.

Some months ago, my friend somewhat hijacked me into taking the D&D Alignment Test. My friend – a junkie for well-made surveys – had no idea what D&D was but had taken the quiz herself and was surprised with her result (Lawful Evil) and, naturally, roped me into taking it as well. At the time, I was already daydreaming about playing D&D, however, I had yet to know what my alignment was. Furthermore, my friend had me take the test without context and basically sat me down in front of her Mac so I could start answering.
